UMS Held Mobility Program Attended by Students from UPM and UTHM

On Sunday evening, 2 February 2019, Fifteen students of Department of Computer and Communication System Engineering, accompanied by one lecturer from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) arrived at Adi Soemarmo international airport. They visited UMS for mobility program that lasted for two weeks, 2-15 February 2019.
In addition, Four students and Five Lecturers of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) also arrived at Adi Soemarmo international airport. They visited UMS for International Colloquium where students from UTHM Malaysia and students from international program UMS presented their research works.
The following day, they visited Siti Walidah Building to follow a welcoming ceremony held by the BKUI. The meeting was attended by Vice Rector IV, Head of BKUI, Head of Collaborations, Dr. Sukri (a lecturer of UTHM), Faisul Arif Bin Ahmad@Mohd Yusoff (a lecturer from UPM), Lecturers and student representatives of Communication and Informatics Faculty (FKI). The Vice Rector IV of UMS, Dr. M. Abdul Fattah Santoso, M.Ag gave a welcoming speech and hopes that Malaysian students feel at home staying for two weeks in Solo and hopefully the mobility program and International Colloquium will run smoothly without any obstacles. The mobility programs includes activities such as workshops on IOT, Android, start up business on IT, animation; visit to MTA TV and Mentari FM Radio; Excursion to Kasunanan Palace, kampong batik Laweyan and Kemuning Karanganyar.
