UMS-Fuku Kyodou Kumiai open recruitment for Nurse in Japan

UMS and Fuku Kyodou Kumiai signed MOU for recruiting Nurses from Indonesia on 12 February 2019. Fuku Kyodou Kumiai is a Japanese company that owns several Hospitals for Elder Care in Japan. Currently, Japan needs around 400.000 to 500.000 Nusing and Midwifery graduates. Graduates from Indonesia are more preferred by Japanese communities since they are well known for their hospitality.
UMS is trusted to fullfil the working demand since it is a reputable university with accredited Nursing Department. UMS in collaboration with Fuku Kyodou Kumiai is currently training the applicants for 9 months to equip them with Japanese language and culture. It is hoped that in the future the cooperation between UMS and Fuku Kyodou Kumiai can be expanded to other areas such as Engineering and Agriculture.
